Contrast this with communities in areas with sensible judges where we have seen a judge tell them they couldn't even go back to the home and that the community would deal with any transporters or buyers the errant resident might have for a fee set by the judge.

I picked an area on the map where there was good transport to the bigger city (Orlando), and asked the Realtor to help me avoid dodgy areas based upon his experience of the local community.  

My main goal is to cash flow but also to make my living expenses as low as possible and the big three are food, transportation, and housing.

I can't imagine having someone else do this, because the renters usually have some complex questions and problems that need answering (cashing paychecks, getting a drivers license, FAX service, USPS UPS & FedEx, a good defense attorney, how to get back home without transportation, medical emergencies, vehicle emergencies, etc etc)

Prices in Massachusetts generally near Boston and towns around it are insane are they ever going to come back down I see triplex and duplex that look like dumps listed for 500K minimum and reaching 1Million or over

We ended up calling the police who eventually called EMS, and after much struggle, she was transported to a mental institution (they had to sedate her).

That could be a result of being so close to a major metropolitan region (Boston) , where one would expect to find more Airbnb users.
