(this would be pretty impressive if you pulled it off)Then by the lease you aren't entitled to anything.But they made a seperate agreement to give you the security deposit as an olive branch.... if you are feeling generous split it with them.Either way I would change your lease and take out the contingency related to you releasing the property.
