If you are showing and finding the prospective tenant and they are just assisting with paperwork, it might be cost effective.  

The CPA also assisted them in getting a payment plan so their check should not be garnished.The huge error was the company they worked for rolled their 401k into another company.

For some, if they have to move out of a house with stairs they don’t want to buy again because they anticipate moving into assisted living in a few years or moving in with their children (my criteria will be house with 1st floor master or ranches) These are all simply my observations and I would value any critique or confirmation.Once I work out some other obligations and figure out where I’m going to land with private school tuition for my son I hope to buy my first project later this year.

I currently have an LLC, and several times over the past year have transferred money from my personal account to the business account, in order to assist with company start-up expenses.

Anyway, since its an out-of-state deal, I have called 3 local agents, left voicemails and followed up with text and emails explaining that I already have potential buyers interested and ready to see the property, but I'm looking to contract with a local agent to facilitate the process for me, or sell it to other buyers and I'm fine with paying them their normal commission for their assistance. 

I recently got my WA state real estate license to assist in the process.
