Unless your agent is available 24/7 and can submit your offer like a hot potato, you may be disadvantaged by waiting an extra day.They may have been in the business for 5 minutes and have less experience than you.The listing agent gets to keep 6% of the commission if no buyers agent is involved.

I think the reason so many Real Estate Agents are against Wholesalers are, they had to pay for their Real Estate Education, and don't want to be involve with something that can go south after a lot of work and time.

Pretty sure there's a cauldron involved and maybe a magic wand and a crystal ball.Speaking of the new one on the market, I kinda want that one as well, but my mortgage broker says that she wants to see us settle into what we've already purchased before approving us for another loan, so unless we can come up with something really extraordinary to purchase it, we'll have to let that one go.
