More than once, I have seen the pressure of making such a huge decision freeze folks or put so much stress on relationships that they fall apart. 

Take all the advice given don't stress do your research, learn the numbers and put your feet in the water and  go for it!  

I'm excited to be here and hoping to learn more about real estate investing, particularly how to build wealth for my family and for future generations.My day job is pretty cool but stressful.

Don't stress the go in order and take the first applicant that meets your qualifications.

Once I had to shop for something to wear to stand up in a friends' wedding and I hated shopping so much I stood there and cried.  

To me, it's more stress than it's worth if I can find a better solution.

But it sounds like you guys are 100% all set to enjoy your golden years stress free.

It has saved me stress and money for pointless service calls.

For the most part they don't want to deal with the stress AGAIN or they wouldn't have given up in the first place, and then on top of that the 500 phone calls and mailers from realtors?
