I feel like I can come up with a somewhat accurate ARV, but how in the world am I supposed to estimate the repair costs on 7 properties over the phone based on the descriptions?

I can currently only go by the county assessor value, which is supposed to be current market value.

I suppose it is possible to use these contracts for wholesaling deals, but I was just wondering if .....Anyone had any forms or links to forms they felt like posting that they have used for wholesaling deals before?
