I can not figure out how to do it an I do not have a child around to help me!!!

Fannie now allows for a Parent to purchase a property for their child and it is considered and priced as a Owner Occupied loan.

One resident's child was quarantined for 14 days and she was kut of work but back at work and will pay as soon as they get check paid on 15th.

. :) My wife and I just had our first child, and this strategy is enabling us to have her stay at home.

It may sound bad, but it's similar to a parent/child relationship.  

Ultimately, I became the poster child for YIMBYs but it was not easy.
