A few aspects of our search:Single family home with 7500 SQFT+ lot size, excellent public schools, suburb life stye, newish homes, good rental prospects, a budget of max $700K.I understand the market is pipping hot right now so not sure what the winning strategy would be but we are open to all-cash buying opportunities if that helps in any way.

@Ibrahim Yamini hmmm...I can appreciate the analogy, although for me, my why for investing is way more important than my motivation for any game I’ve ever played in my life.

Which can be thousands of $$ over the life of the loan.

However - my life would take a complete 180 degree turn just a few days later.

Life has been hectic as of late.

This is going to always be a work in progress, as I’m trying to overcome 28 years of living a life thinking I’m the most important person in my life. 2) Put routines and systems in place that keep us on track for our goals, and correct us when we start veering off. 3) For the first time in my life Scripture study and prayer is a habit.4) Spent more time with family in the last 10 months than I probably have in the last 10 years combined. 5) Grew our rental portfolio from 1 property to now 8 properties.

I would have started with the strategy that fits my personality and built my business around my life and my life around my business.

I live in Cape Coral, Florida, I don't have a lot of real life connections so I would probably need to rely on online ads.
