Located in enfield 1 issue that i do see coming up is taxes i from MA and now in Ct and used to a normal w2 tax return i would really like to find a cpa or investor friendly tax pro to kinda go over how everything work to make informed decisions and threads or recommendations would be greatly appreciated

He ' finished ' the job and i re-inspected and still the areas of unfinished/ incorrect work weren't fixed.

That decision has been paining me ever since, but hindsight is always 20/20.

I make a point of illustrating this frequently in front of my tenants, placing fake calls to her to ask about money decisions, things like that.

You must live in the property you purchase with your VA loan (for at least a year, i believe), so make sure you factor that into your decision matrix!

However, these can be more costly and you should engage your accountant and attorney prior to making any decisions.

In essence I'm mulling over the decision on whether or not the work will increase the rent enough to justify it.

Anyone who tells you they don't let emotions impact decisions is lying.

Just don't make hard-to-reverse decisions based on what might be possible.
