That’s a challenge I throw!

Currently the property is under contract with me and we are going thru challenges when I discovered the income instability with the latest rent roll.  

I could not be happier with the result.This was my first real estate project and, although it was immensely challenging doing so from abroad, I am lucky to have had a very strong team around me to help see this project through. 

To stay under $100k and be turnkey, you'll have to be looking in some of the most challenging areas to manage property in the area (pretty much city of Cleveland).
