Was such a pain in the rear end to jump through the hoops, they just empty the tills at night now.Never underestimate a politician to screw things up.

Tamper resistant sounds nice, but it's not, its a pain the ***.

They are usually just set on blocks and they are titled as Motor Vehicles in many states.  

I went to court with someone whose tenant blocked heat in the laundry room in winter to save money, and while he won a $3000 judgment for damages caused by the burst pipes, but he never recovered anything as the tenant just moved and apparently quit his job and left the state when his wages were garnished.  

I saw a similar size house in the same block which sold for the same price but doesn't have a garage.

Currently Chicago has a program where property owners can purchase vacant lots for $1 within a block radius of their property owned.

I know, it's painful, but there are a lot  more expensive hard money lenders out there and at least you get your foot in the door.

You'll have some procedural rules you'll have to adhere to and one more form to file in that tax year but other than that it's a question of how much tax it takes to move you from gritting your teeth to screaming in pain!

If you use retaining wall block the first course takes the longest as you need to get it level.
