Hi Everyone, I'm just starting my real estate investment career with the goal of financial freedom and not having to work. 

I have a solid construction background so the world of real estate feels like a good fit.My strategy is to invest in multi-family buy and hold properties in the Des Moines metro area to build a portfolio strong enough to achieve financial freedom in the near term and possibly to get into commercial properties down the road.
