Would either of you recommend a particularly accurate & reliable resource to learn more about tax deeds?

I've decided to go for my agent license, and have been plugging away at my study guide, the guide tests, and a few other resources online.

I think the approach I'm going to go with is to simply allocate a portion of my profits towards enjoyment, I think that will keep me interested enough to keep building bigger but without getting burned out.

While I'm learning a lot of about the investment side, please use me as a resource on Fair Housing best practices and risk mitigation (disclaimer: not an attorney!).

For resources I really like the following House Hacking episodes on Bigger Pockets Podcast: #352, #252, #350, and #249.

With the resources available to me, maybe a little more than a hand full of two family homes.

Another good resource I've found are facebook groups and Meetups - Search Nashville Real Estate / Wholesale in facebook and Meetup.com. 

In addition, during tough financial times, multiple people are likely to have a greater pool of resources to draw upon than a single person.

Any suggestions on what resources I should be using and where to find the most accurate data?
