Also there's a small independent cashflow club in Mokena that actually does a cool job of taking live listings and practicing the game with them to see if/how they work.

I do have some credit debt, but my job will be paying descently for the area.

I am going to need a job, and I will have to take what I can get.

I'll be investing in Charlottesville, Lynchburg, Danville and Martinsville VA and all areas inbetween (just so happens that my day job has me traveling to all these areas).
