I admit, I did make a phone call, the excuse for the call was some related issue, something on a credit report perhaps just to clear it up sort of call.

Do you know how many times I have read on BP (and had my phone blown up) do the statement "The seller won't pay me the fee we agreed to."

Meaning if you send out 1000 mailings, you might get 10-50 phone calls. 

When finding off market properties, does anyone have any recommendations on how to best go about finding phone numbers for houses that are off market? 

Purchase price: $425,000 Sale price: $455,000 This was a driving for dollars deal, contacted the owner in March, when I first started taking action, got on the phone with him and asked him if he was the owner of 123 main st, he said no, I said okay thank you so much, have a good day, and then I got off the phone and realized I didnt ask him if he has any houses for sale, so I TEXTED him, and he said YES actually !
