Wholesaling Business Cards

Hello BP!

I am currently designing my Business cards for wholesaling. These are the cards I plan to pass out to investors and other potential buyers. So far My card looks very plain. I only have my contact info and on one side of the card it looks empty like something should go there. I was thinking of putting a quote. Does anyone have any ideas of a good quote. or just any ideas in general that could be useful to filling up that side of the card? Something like a slogan as well. Also As my "position" on the business card I put "Property Acquisition Specialist" Does this sound good or can it be related to wholesaling? if not do you have any suggestions for me?. I have My first REI meeting Aust 13 th so i would really like to finish the design by tomorrow and order them to have them shipped to me on time for the meeting. Thanks!

@Josselyne Lugo I don't think you have to worry too much right now about the cards.  Just have it say what you do and your info.  Maybe just add a picture of a house or something.  It's really just so they can get your information easier instead of writing it down and losing it.

Thank you @Carolina E. I think I am worrying a bit too much to have my business cards perfect and just want to fill it up too much. Thanks for the input.

@Josselyne Lugo don't worry about the cards so much, spend your time getting deals for potential investors.  I get tons of fancy cards from wholesalers and they just fill my drawer and never get looked at again.  When you get your deals ready and put packages together you can hand out a card or just put your info on the sheet with your deal.  Your deals is how you will attract a buyer, not words on a card.  :-)

Best of luck!

Couldn't agree more! I have cards that have my name, email and phone number. More important I get THEIR card and figure out what they are looking for in an investment.

Agree with what has been said. Get their card and write down on it what they want so after the meeting you can organize them. This makes it much easier to recall who was who and what they spoke to you about when you sit down the next day and review them or input them into your CRM.

As for your card, as long as your contact info is on there and some mention of what you do...don't sweat it. Find a deal and take it to these folks...that's the best business card you can have.

Good luck.

This is about as simple as it gets. One card is for buyers and one is for sellers. I am almost out of the buyer cards so everybody is getting seller cards when I meet them.

Thank you so much Everyone!! I really appreciate your input.

Beautiful.
