I think it is disgusting the lengths these scumbags will go through to avoid supporting their children.

Or how about 4 adults saying they want to share the bedroom.I guess my question is can I discriminate against children or number of residence if the building is unfit for families.

Children college is set, if they want to go, but I hope they do mot waste their time with the college scam.

So if the grantors or their children are beneficiaries, it would be exempt.
