@Jay HinrichsIf they go dark, its eviction time...but good tenants falling behind I work with them...better than a turnover/vacancy to me... turn over KILLS landlords but it does depend on the area and the type of rental.. sometimes in super hot rental markets little bit of cleaning and you have tenants lined up to move in 3 days after the last ones left ( like Portlandia) other types of rentals you have to paint virtually everytime you turn.. and other assorted damages.. wear and tear house is now vacant 30 days sometimes more.. turnover is 1 to 2k especially if you are not there doing it yourself..

There are a few drawbacks to desktop, such as it can't easily be accessed by more than one person at a time and if you use a MAC you have to download fusion (a virtual machine software) so as a MAC user you can run Windows applications.

I was more or less expecting this, as I closed on the property in December and the deed was recorded in the very last days of 2018.I called the AC property tax office on Saturday, left a message on their machine, clearly stated I planned to call them back on Monday.At 9:00 am today, the office called me up, figured out what was wrong, got me connected to the right guy in the department to correct the issue and send out the correct tax bill, apologized for the mistake.My legal first name is extremely ethnic and I have never gone by it here in the USA.

True, we live in a 'virtual' world, but photos, video walkthroughs or drone pix will not take the place of the actual tenant being inside the actual property they will actually be living in.
