You can do that with a cash out refi using a 30 year fixed either my proving your income with tax returns/Pay stubs etc, or as mentioned above use a DSCR loan that would only look at the income of the property and nothing else. 

Therefore, your options are:a) Pay 100% in cash;b) Take a HELOC or personal loan in the US;c) Use love money.On another note, have you checked the legal aspect of it?
