This guy barely makes enough income monthly to cover rent. how is he going to pay for other expenses like food car utilities schooling etc. after he uses up the proceeds from the sale.

@Nathan Gesner a lot of great responses here, so will go a bit against the grain.

There is amazing food, tourism with the Cowboys practice facility shops etc.

Food dishes were left out and the cats would go to the doors meowing whenever they wanted food, lol!  

Common clutter and food is in easy to reach spots for mice.
