Hi all,I would greatly appreciate your recommendation with the below: I'm searching for an accurate, easy to use and modern* app or website that tracks my deals, commissions and general pipeline.

Unless you plan on targeting first time renters, most people will already have their own appliances possibly causing you to have to store your appliances.  

Its a commercial grade type of product which has a faux look of wood, tile, bamboo or any # of materials, you'll see this in grocery stores, commercial buildings and a lot of newer residential homes in Wichita.

Is there a timeline on when an update is coming out for iOS? It is missing a bunch of features as well as not being optimized for the iPhone 6 and 6 plus.
