For example, gyms are not able to be open (in many areas), yet still have to pay all of their expenses, and they have stopped all payments from customers as they are not able to provide them the contracted services.

The place is very nice, located just outside the city in a desirable area (high-end custom home area), and just a couple minutes drive to the nearest Walmart or school.

However, do not do this in bad faith or just to get out of the contract as you can very easily get labeled by brokers and not get opportunities down the road.

I'm looking at the Forest Park area and on the GIS zoning map there appears to be no specific zone code... most of that entire area is just labeled as "R".

I'm customizing the rental application offered in the pro section of bigger pockets to "fill in the blanks" and gather more information that websites like Cozy.co doesn't offer.

All said and done, it's the agent (and all of their attributes) that makes the customer happy & a transaction close - not the firm.

I had a customer ask them to be mailed once and they got a torn in half envelope.
