My long term goal is to achieve financial freedom through real estate.  

However, I knew that a big part of why I wanted to be  RE investor was the freedom to enjoy the world in a different way, thus, my $500/mo travel budget and $200/mo entertainment budget.

I enjoy your style in writing, most real estate investing related materials are peppered with all kinds of fluffy stuff and narratives like "imagine how your life would be if you had financial freedom" ect.

I think this is something I could sink my teeth into and start some momentum to financial freedom!

Recently, I started researching real estate investing because I know it's a fulfilling way to increase cash flow and reach financial freedom.

Was it the access to MLS data and freedom to go see houses whenever you wanted or was it learning about the market while acting as a real estate agent?

My ultimate goal is to gain full financial freedom through real estate.

I went through about 150 of the Freedom Real Estate Investing podcasts, which I think is where I heard about Bigger Pockets.  

We are using Investmark Mortgage at the moment and were using Secured Freedom Lending before that. 

I am excited to begin making my own real estate investments, I'm mostly interested in owning rental properties in hopes to give my family financial freedom and be able to spend more time with my daughters and wife.
