I hired Mark and we got it resolved pretty quickly.

Most of it will get resolved over the course of a few years.. and some even get insurance settlement checks along the way.Once litigation is over ( can be 1 to 5 years) lis pendance removed all of a sudden the 250k condo they bought for 50k jumps right back to 250k because the only reason it got to 50k was the litigation..

Asking for money upfront is typical, to which a no response should resolve.

The city's gang problem is mostly resolved.

Do a full renovation to make the house price compatible with the level of ocean front houses that might be built on the subdivision so that it does not detract from the Ocean lots.

I naively thought we'd be teammates trying to resolve an issue.

I'm pushing the residents to resolve it themselves, but will look into the ordinance for clarity. 

What other option do I have to resolve this issue with old comps from years back?
