Most of it will get resolved over the course of a few years.. and some even get insurance settlement checks along the way.Once litigation is over ( can be 1 to 5 years) lis pendance removed all of a sudden the 250k condo they bought for 50k jumps right back to 250k because the only reason it got to 50k was the litigation..
