I called my local courthouse and the best answer I received was that they thought the auction was in August and that the list of certs to be auctioned would be in the paper around May or June.

If you have a dishwasher ask your tenant to run a cycle at least once a month and perhaps flush the toilets or whatever needs to be done to keep the system functional.
