Drelly, I am in Georgia and there are several websites that you can search for REO homes in Georgia.

I know of several companies here searching for new companies to expand their manufacturing facility.So, if any veteran REI’s are willing to pawn off some insightful information.

I searched her through a few people search website but no luck.

There's an L.A. area REI meeting on Mar. 17th, do a search for the topic and sign up.

I think I'll find those threads with a bit of searching, and getting through all of that will take some time.

If a property just went through probate, is it still necessary to have a title search done and buy title insurance?

welcome Den,you'll find that alot of your questions already have been answers over a dozen times on this forum and on other websites.breeze through the topics, google alot of real estate terms and check out a bunch of sites.just don't make up a "plan" for investing in your first 3 months - you'll be wasting your time.
