@Tom Brooks Please stop spreading misleading information.A Residential Basement Flood Proofing Credit is only available under extremely limited circumstances through the National Flood Insurance Program First the property must be located within a community which has been approved and authorized by FEMA for the credit.

Some of the institutional sellers also helped encourage or maybe helped enabled folks to try and get involved by flipping their loan tapes out into the public and then quickly losing control of where they went.
