@Kaz Iyama first off, you do NOT need to pay $20k (or anything close to that) to learn the fundamentals of real estate investing--all the most important info on REI is available for free, or for very little money (the cost of a few books).Before you can ever find a partner or mentor, you'll need answer the question: "What value am I bringing to the partnership?"
