This is our trial version... we'll see how it goes and make adjustments from there.

If I came home to roaches and a giant hole in my ceiling they would be meeting a very different version of Kyler Cook three days before rent is due.

Not really different than my thoughts, it is just a turgo charged version of the same process.

You are playing right into their hands by looking for a paid course first when you can get the same and much better information in forums, investor groups, and meetups for free and in the free version no one is going to ask you to pay 25k after a weekend seminar and then give you the same information they've been peddling for 15 years.

Although there are many features that you must pay a monthly subscription for they also offer a free version and you still have access to many features and are essential.

(and they are- they built a police station that is their version of the Taj Majal a few years ago. 

I am hoping the cliff notes version will be enough to solicit feedback.
