Previous versions of the TAR lease did contain a clause similar to the one presented by @Matthew KreitzerOn a side note, when I first became licensed in 1989 the TAR lease was 4 pages and now it is 16.

I've already had two jobs in the recent past and that is a lifestyle I have more or less denounced.Here's the short version of all that:Option one:Refinance now and make anywhere from $130 to $170 a month, depending on HOA feesOption two:Sell and go look for other properties if I have to be a real estate investorOption three:Struggle it out, maybe get a roommate to help with bills, live like no one else for around 3-4 years so that I can live like no one else til the end of timeYour help is much appreciated.

So I basically look at it like I have a product that I am selling to everyone, but then one person(voucher users) wants a customized version of that product, which is why I don't see why the extra effort needed can not be reflected in your rent price.

A SFH I own was being re-prepped to re-rent and was being advertised by the PM company.Who, as is ever increasingly more evident, apparently do whatever they want, often ignoring what I tell them to do, and then if it's ever questioned they have a version of The Story which makes it all my fault.
