@Geremy Jones I don't think there is a specific spot to look up terms, but I think you can usually find some help by entering it in the search bar and seeing what comes up. 

Though it sounds like a good spot to start (due to the "low" entry cost) , in theory, unless you had a lot of resources at your disposal to ensure compliance , servicing etc.

In the worst case, if I can't terminate the lease immediately, can I refuse them keys and/or terminate the lease on the spot if I don't get the full payment on or before the move-in date?
