The inspector said he cannot really inspect the roof because the panels attached to the roof and it’s virtually impossible to do any type of inspection.The clients are extremely reluctant to buy given the portentously cost of roof replacement.Any idea how much it can cost to remove the solar panels and then put them back?

There are also new builds (last 2-4 years) that have separate living compartments attached to the house but they are VERY small.

I'd also find out how to attach it to his record, so future landlords are warned.

The ADU was an interior conversion -– it is attached to the primary residence, with the two separate areas sharing a door between kitchens.

It also removes any emotional attachment to the landlord/tenants.

Why would you give such an extreme example of someone taking advantage of a seller's situation, and attached it to a wholesaler as if they are the only one that does it, and almost as if it shows that wholesalers are some type of scum of the earth.I'm not a wholesaler. 

My wife and I would like to purchase a home with an ADU or a single family home and then add an ADU, but adding an ADU is expensive (100k-160k) if we got contractors to do it plus building and having contractors are expensive in this market and everything is taking a lot longer for contractors to get work done during this year… We would either do one of the following: 1. move into a single family home with an ADU attached or mother In law suite attached with the VA loan, and rent out the ADU. 2.

Completion dates are only suggestions unless you have a penalty attached.
