Keeping in touch with @Paul Smythe would be a good idea as well as regularly driving, walking and visiting in general to get a feel for the different streets where you're considering investing.

hey @Joshua Dorkin, many companies offer enhanced DNS protection, but you should also go to your internet provider, get in touch with the the network operating centers to make sure they block any unwanted traffic, help you out when you're getting attacked as this is typically a service provided to businesses.

I don't have any JV deals so I can't comment on how to set aside reserves but are you guys putting the business funds (reserves/vacancy/cape) into a joint fund that isn't touched?
