The agent set me up with an MLS search and I frequented it daily looking for deals.

I am getting deals daily from wholesalers, in paper they look good but i don't have a real estate agent to run numbers for me.

Hello,I have been following the daily foreclosures for South Florida now for the past 24 months, everyday i look at the daily activity to get a sense of the pricing and overall market.

I assume you’re great at taking care of customers on a daily basis ie: paying/doing laundry, cleaning, booking, answering questions, etc.

Where else can you network daily with experienced investors, who have been in the game for many, many years and a lot of them are millionaires from the real estate industry...

He lives about 45 minutes away so it's not like I'm there daily but I do plan on picking his brain and having him help me as much as he's willing to on my first deal.

If not, a couple quick lines about your biggest daily pains would also be appreciated.Thanks

I intend to be extremely transparent and let everyone know that I haven't done a deal yet but am actively seeking and search daily.  

Or it's a house that was built in 1900 and needs torn down rather than renovated due to decades of neglect.So far I've been checking reatlor.com / zillow daily and with my agent every so often to see if there's anything I'm missing.
