Site is usually down for maintenance between 4-5am daily.On this site one can search probate cases by dept (129) event date (last week, last month, 1-2 months ago OR next week, next month, 2-3 months from today)Or by filing date (Start - End filing date) But sad to say this site is useful only if an investor resides in CAAs I mentioned earlier take a trip to court house and listen in on the dispute's..Have fun...

i still use quicken PM and like it. it keeps the move in date, property name and tenant name..the rest of the stuff like leases, etc is done on the side. i am not ready to pay monthly fee just yet.
