Question becomes, why are you driving a car and not biking to work you gas guzzler??

Even if you aren't required to provide a parking structure, I would highly recommend that you at least provide a gravel parking pad because cars will tear up your landscaping and leave deep ruts, especially in wet areas, and if you don't designate the specific area you want them to park, they can and will park anywhere!

You could keep them on your computer, backed up on an external hard drive or cd/dvd/flashdrive. 

I am hoping for no foundation issues and am planning on driving up to take a look at the house this week or weekend at the latest. 

One of the best bets here is to get the property addresses - by driving for dollars or purchasing a list then skipping it.

You may want to continue what you're currently doing or start small with the business rather than incurring debt and jumping in the deep end.All the bestStephanie

Most large metro areas will have deals in an hours drive, find a place you are comfortable with that has upward trajectory (jobs, population growth, market phase), build your core four and rock it!
