Most of the STRs that I've owned - or stayed in, did not have freshly remodeled baths and kitchens.

I have read some turnkey posts already but looking for some fresh comments from actual investors and/ or companies. 

I'm not staging, but it shows well--repairs made, fresh paint, clean, turn-key inside and outside.

BUt others love the fresh REO's.Once it becomes REO, all that foreclosure data is useless for the most part.Not sure what you mean, only the bank lists have the real value.Real value of what was owed on the property?

C class areas are often overlooked by the big corporations and this is where you will most likely see less fresh food options and local mom-and-pop type convenient stores/check-cashing operations, and maybe a dollar store.

It needs an undated kitchen,the floors need to be refinished, a couple of new doors, and a fresh coat of paint.

I saw Keystone Funding had great reviews but was not sure if you were affiliated or just kind of using the name to drum up dumb fresh investors(which again, I now understand is not the case!).
