@Michael Limina I was quite nervous to buy in Charleston because I didn’t plan on it being my primary residence.

I saved up and paid cash for it because I was nervous about borrowing.

This raises another question... if a person is really that nervous when meeting new folks, can he or she ever really invest in real estate successfully?

I live in New York and therefor it is difficult to do ANYTHING with 100K so I am a bit nervous when it comes to pulling the trigger.
