yup, we require video of our projects before releasing funds and we also have our pre-determined listing agent go by the property to verify the progress before releasing funds.

They don't allow cash-out on #5-10.Since then Freddie Mac has extended # of loans to 6, and they don't have any restriction on cash-out.

It was extended for another 2 years at 5.0% and just a few months ago the bank extend this note for 5 years at 2.5%  I have never been late and always over pay.House (B) was financed by Chase and they don't like it when I pay on principal, one year they sent $6,000+ back to me.

Since you already have a good fha loan in place I would not recommend releasing that loan, find a good property manager and rent that property, then use cash out refi or commercial refi with more flexibility to finance the duplex in NB after finding hardmoney to purchase and rehab first, your collateral should allow you to get a non recourse loan as well

If you rented the home to others because you were on "qualified extended duty" with the military you can "suspend" that period of time in the capital gains calculation for "the last five years" timeframe.
