This will also make it easier to sell.Other items that come to mind:Doorways: Are they wide enough to allow the wheelchair through AND turn corners.Wiring: Does the room where the child will be have adequate electricity supply for all of the monitors and machines?

If the current owner has proof of rental payments, I wouldn't worry about collecting rent.4) Ask about roof/furnace/foundation/plumbing and electrical repairs.
