Newspaper?

The 2 properties I purchased Dec 2021 are both up over 6 digits from retail price (I purchased both a little under retail).I am likely going to Purchase something soon (getting the itch).  

How did the accident happen was someone on a cell phone, reading a newspaper, etc.?

If you dig it, pour it!

Is the tactic of financing one or two builds at a time commonplace for double digit subdivisions or was that completely abstract thinking?

Or would you happen to have that on digits and could share?

It wasn't leaking but if it has been it would have been thousands to dig it up and remove and replace all the fill dirt.

If the borrower can't be served, it will have to be publicized 3x in the newspaper (those still exist?!)

I'm not familiar with the area but, typically, when you start hitting that 2k rent number, your ability to rent the house out drops.Have you tried listing it in the local newspaper?

You notice the parties you no of and publicly notice the rest by posting in the newspaper.
