It's a short read but very powerful in opening your eyes into focusing on the financial situation that you are in and how to begin the journey to the situation you wish best to be in.

Maybe just do that until you prove the concept and then drop power or set up solar which both cost quite a bit up front but less recurring expense and maintenance long run.

You still end up paying the mortgage the same way you would have if it was in your name but still allows for the freedom to move if needed.
