Great realtor, The triplex, however, is a single-family unit in the front and a second unit which is a duplex in the back we’re trying to find some other properties, hopefully in Lane County Oregon, or anywhere in Oregon hopefully to compare it to because the loan officer is saying we might have some issues getting the appraisal done if we can’t find other properties like it to compare to also, each unit has its own address

So, I called the city and they said they just have to assign another address to the lot to make a Duplex!
