I strongly recommend going through a full loan workup with a knowledgeable lender prior to pulling the trigger on anything.

There are many markets where enterprises are much lower and yet are very favorable to making good profits either flipping houses or using the BRRRR strategy.

I'm currently kicking myself in the butt now because I'm currently trying to use either of my homes equity to start making other investments, but with me not working for 2 years it seems like most lenders wont lend to me for that reason.

I don’t have a ton of capital to invest initially so I’m trying to get more bang for my buck and use the BRRRR method to grow my portfolio and eventually 1031 exchange for a larger multifamily property.
