I advise my clients to use the FAR/BAR also, so from a customer service and education standpoint, if you don't mind saying, I'm curious whether you were simply searching for a second opinion or if there was some other reason you questioned the use of the FAR/BAR?

I think with your strategy you would greatly benefit from getting your license so you can search the MLS yourself and write your own offers, so you can work on your time and maybe win more properties.Also, just a tip, when mentioning or replying to someone, if you use "@" their name, it will alert them that they've been mentioned in a post.Keep up the good work.

The big difference is that I'm going to be renting out the house that my family currently lives in when we move into our new house this fall so I have lots of time to research prices.To get a handle on the rental prices in my area, I've worked with RE agent to set up some automated searches on MRIS and ListingBook to return comparable rentals (on the market and recently rented).

Not sure how that city's codes that you mentioned read, but if there is a UPS Store within the required area, you might consider getting a UPS box and use that for your location ... assuming that complies with the city codes you mentioned.
