I get a loan based on the appraisal of the property subject to the work that will be completed.

I get the majority from VRBO and AirBNB.

What am I getting at?

If we come to agreement on price, can i get recommendation on how to get paperwork done?    

Now that I’m in escrow, communication has been limited, and on several occasions, I get no response at all.

I am currently looking at properties in Montgomery and Indianapolis (I live in San Diego) where some of the deals fit the 1% rule at first glance which warrants deeper analysis but this is where I get hung up... 

I get that it may be cheaper to work this way but I don’t have time-literally-or the expertise to do this for anything more than cutting trees and flattening campsites🙃 so the next steps we need to take on this property are not ones I can help manage.  

When I get the temporary password email,I can’t get it.

You are renting the property for $800, so you make $300 per month, I get more than my asking price, and everyone wins. 

The benefit of this is that I get to decide what is accidental damage, not an insurance company.It is a much better process (in my opinion) than having to withhold money from a security deposit, which never makes a guest happy even if they take responsibility for the damage.
