@Dana Holland, I'm not a lawyer (much to my mother's dismay lol), but I agree with Mindy that doesn't seem like grounds for eviction.Since they are continuously dishonest make sure to document everything.

Ask your friends who they use, and utilize your state bar's lawyer referral service. 

Then take that contract to a lawyer to make sure that it is legal and binding (according to local laws).

So, I can't do things that technically a lawyer must do, but I'm probably the most knowledgeable expert in this field, bar none.
