@Dana Holland, I'm not a lawyer (much to my mother's dismay lol), but I agree with Mindy that doesn't seem like grounds for eviction.Since they are continuously dishonest make sure to document everything.

I had my lawyer do mine in Minnesota and it is filed with the county/state and when I bought my property, with a contract for deed, in North Dakota I again asked my lawyer to do it but he wasn't licensed in North Dakota  so he referred me and another lawyer in North Dakota and took care of everything.

So even hiring good companies you never know who or what your gonna get.If you were electrocuted and had a serious injury, broke your two legs and an arm that would have disabled you to work for good, and your lawyer said the person you worked for is worth $4 Million, you and your lawyer could get $2M each, and since it's an open and shut case, he offers you a sweet deal to have the $3M and he gets the $1M.
