I recently made the choice to enter the world of REI. 

In my opinion it'd be better to take the high ground and talk with them from the perspective of looking for a mutually beneficial relationship.If you can't shake the feeling that they are trying to play you, it'd be better to not respond than to say something that could create ill will.

@Jay Hinrichs - congratulations on topping the 8000 post number - the BP membership hopefully feels the same as I do, that your sharing of years of experience is enlightening, educational, helpful and quite beneficial.

If it was a deeded easement, somebody has the responsibility for its maintenance in return for the beneficial use of the road.  

Hi @Walter Key, I would have to recommend Keller Williams as a brokerage of choice down in Florida. 

My Area of choice at the moment is the Victoria Embankment in Durban's CBD. 

Buy and holds aren't good in LA, flipping is a better choice here, or maybe modulars.

It makes it real easy to get in touch with people and follow the discussions surrounding the topic of your choice.
