So a more fair comparison would be to plug in the appropriate and realistic capex /maintenance figures for each rather than the identical plug number. 

(If you do a straight stock for stock comparison of the 1929 DOW components that were in the index, its 12 years, and if you factor in dividends, its like 5 years.

Theres very little chance you are getting 3/8ths difference in an apples to apples comparison.

That's not an apples to apples comparison.

The reason I’m venturing into this asset class is because the government has little control over it in comparison to domestic equities.
