But, I'll also add that a listing agent is much more likely to have a frank discussion like this with another agent than with a random potential buyer.I'd find a good buyer's agent and have them contact the listing agent on your behalf...

Hi Brandon,I recently had a contact with this company/guy/group.I manage a wholesaling group in facebook and a guy by the name of Decker Randolph posted about private money lending in the sum of $150,000 @ 0% for 12 months.
