Ask your title company rep what documentation they prefer or, better yet, invest in a good estate plan attorney (not some cheapo trust mill who will cause you regrets later).BTW, I’ve been cleaning up Trust title messes for many decades (making fortunes in the process) from people who tried to cut corners.
